Serendib
Hotels and Resorts is the
gateway to hospitality and tourism in Malawi, with its seven distinctive
destinations. Serendib
Hotels wishes to enter into supplier contracts with credible and able suppliers
of food items and other consumables to its hotels located in Blantyre and
Salima. Bidders are able to bid for all items or part of the items located in a
LOT. Successful bidders will be able to negotiate a supply contract with
Serendib Hotels and Resorts for weekly supplies to the hotels.

Eligibility:
Interested bidders must provide the following
relevant documentation required. Bidders will be required to upload scanned
copies of the following documents:
1. Business
Registration Certificate
2. VAT Certificate and associated TPIN (If applicable)
3. Minimum
of 2 business references
The
above documents must be available in soft copy PDF or word format for upload. In
order to access the Bidding Documents bidders are required to:

Indicate which LOT Number they are
bidding for

Make a non-refundable payment of
MK10,000 through (Visa/ Master Card or Airtel Money)
·
Once payment is received the LOT link
and downloadable
pdf copy will be emailed to the email address provided.

Interested bidders are requested
to review the LOT and state the price they are able to supply for their
selected individual products and whether they will be able to deliver to
Blantyre, Salima or both.
· Bidders are required to fill in
the relevant information and submit online. For bidders that do not have internet
connectivity, they may download the PDF
document, fill it in manually and submit it to Serendib Hotels and Resorts
head office in Limbe (Citrona Building), please keep in mind however physical
submissions are not the preferred method. The Bid must be Cleared Marked “Bids
for The Supply of Hotel Food Items and Consumables”
